Injury Accident Occurs at Golden Foothill Parkway Intersection
A major injury accident occurred on March 31 in El Dorado Hills when two vehicles collided. The accident happened at the Golden Foothill Parkway intersection with Latrobe Road around 12:03 p.m. A Nissan van and Nissan Altima were involved in the crash, blocking the intersection’s left lane, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP) incident report.

The person who reported the accident to the police said that the fire department and medical assistance were needed. Upon arrival, medics determined that at least one person had suffered a significant injury. That patient was transported to a hospital. An investigation is being conducted by the CHP to find out what happened to cause the collision.
