Rollovers in a Solo Vehicle Crash
Rollovers are among the most dangerous types of accidents and commonly result in traumatic injuries and fatalities. Broken bones, damage to the spinal cord, traumatic brain injury and damage to internal organs is common in a rollover. In addition, the risk of being ejected from the vehicle as it rolls increases, which is frequently fatal. When you or your loved one was injured in a rollover by a negligent driver, you may want to find out if you can place a personal injury claim against them to recover damages.
In a personal injury claim, you can recover all of the medical expenses as well as lost time from work and collect compensation for your pain and suffering with the help of a lawyer. We have assisted many people who were injured by someone else’s negligent actions in a solo vehicle crash in recovering the compensation they deserve and can do the same for you.
Roof Crush Is an Added Danger in a Rollover
Auto manufacturers are required to build support for a vehicle so that it can support 3.5 times the weight of the car or light truck to avoid roof crush if it turns over. Unfortunately, not all of them do that. This means that when the vehicle experiences a rollover, the roof can cave in, increasing the trauma to those inside and reducing their survivability space. Retaining a vehicle following a solo vehicle crash rollover is necessary so that it can be examined when the roof caves in.
