Master Carving Skills Class
Date: Wednesday, November 14, 2018
Time: 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Location: 2625 Mankas Corner Rd, Fairfield, CA 94534
Admission: $95 entry fee
Do you want to be the one who skillfully carves the Thanksgiving turkey this year? Would you benefit from learning how to de-bone or break down a whole chicken? If you said yes to either of these questions, stop by this class hosted by Chef Gloria Ciccarone-Nehls at Il Fiorello. All student chefs will either break down or de-bone an entire chicken, learn how to marinate a turkey, and get hands-on experience with carving a turkey. Each student will be able to package up their chicken to take back home. The turkey carvings will be used for sandwiches at the end of class, paired with a locally crafted beer.
CJ Anderson’s 2nd Annual Thanksgiving Throwdown

NFL Super Bowl Champion CJ Anderson is hosting his 2nd annual Thanksgiving event for free at La Costa Azul Mexican Seafood. This event is being thrown for all those in the community that do not have any family members to share a Thanksgiving dinner with over the holidays. Anyone is welcome to come out and feast on a delicious Thanksgiving brunch with warm food, fun games, raffle prizes, and a live DJ.
Jelly Belly Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony
Date: Saturday, November 24, 2018
Time: 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Admission: Free
Celebrate the holiday season with our friends at Jelly Belly and make sure to jot this event down on your calendar. Santa Claus, live music, puppet shows, and a parade are all included in this family-friendly event. Come observe Mr. Jelly Belly and friends light a towering Christmas tree of 32 feet, and stay for the character parade. Santa photos will be available until 7:45 p.m.
