Passenger Suffers Fatal Injuries After Falling From Moving Vehicle
I’m Ed Smith, a wrongful death lawyer in Turlock. A Hilmar man was traveling in a motor vehicle in Turlock on the night of Thursday, December 21, 2017. Unfortunately, this would be the last ride the man would take due to an unforeseen accident.
I would like to send my sincere thoughts and condolences to the surviving family of Mr. Martinez who passed away in this devastating auto accident.

Passenger Injury Claims
In auto accident cases, passengers are entitled to the same rights as the driver of a motor vehicle they are riding in. Unlike the motorist, passengers are not usually found at-fault of an accident and are entitled to recover for their personal injury damages. Drivers are obligated to operate their car with due care and ensure that their passengers are safely restrained in their vehicle. Failure to do so may result in severe penalties. When a member in your family has passed away while riding as a passenger of a motor vehicle, you do not have to endure this tragedy alone. Contacting an experienced Turlock personal injury lawyer will prove beneficial in obtaining fair compensation for the unexpected loss of your loved one.
Grieving the Loss of a Loved One
The grieving process following the tragic death of a friend or family member is unique in nature and varies from person-to-person. Many who undergo bereavement are unsure on how to express their emotions during this period. It is important to keep in mind that all emotions and feelings are valid during the grieving process. Not every person experiences grief in the same manner, therefore, taking your time to heal is crucial during this time of loss. Some of the beneficial ways to work your way through grief are having a support group of family and friends, maintaining a balanced diet, and exercise. Although some days may seem more difficult than others, always remember how much your loved one meant to you and how they would never want to see you suffer.
Loved One Forever Remembered
Maicot Martinez was a beloved member of his family. Martinez was a son, brother, husband and father of three young daughters. A GoFundMe account has been established by the surviving members of the Martinez family to cover the expenses of his untimely, tragic passing.
