Roseville Personal Injury Lawyer

Hi, I am Ed Smith, a Roseville personal injury lawyer. If you or your loved one has been injured due to someone else’s negligence – intentional or reckless – I hope you are on the road to recovery. But I also know that it’s very much possible that someone is directly responsible for your injuries or your loved one’s wrongful death. You can reach me at (530) 392-5400 or (800) 404-5400 for free, friendly advice.

I have been representing the accident victims in Roseville since 1982 to ensure they get the justice and compensation they truly deserve.

You may have been injured after being hit by a drunk driver or you may have sustained severe damage from medical malpractice. Maybe you slipped on an unmarked dangerous spill at a supermarket. Whatever the nature of your loss – physical, economic, or psychological, I can help you obtain maximum possible compensation.

We are members of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the National Association of Distinguished Counsel.
