The Unique Nature of Pedestrian Injury Cases
I’m Ed Smith, a Roseville Pedestrian Accident Lawyer. Among the most serious traffic accidents that can occur are those which involve pedestrians. Pedestrians don’t have any protection whatsoever. The pedestrian is completely vulnerable to devastating injuries when struck by a moving car.
Even a slow-moving car can cause serious bone fractures and other major injuries to a pedestrian. This is due to the significant mass of the car and the hardness of the outside surfaces in comparison to the flesh of a human body. If you or a member of your family has been seriously injured in a Roseville pedestrian accident, I may be able to help. I’ve been helping injured pedestrians secure the medical treatment and compensation they deserve since 1982. It is crucial to call right away after your accident to protect your rights and preserve critical evidence. Call me now at 916-921-6400. Or, dial toll free at 800-404-5400.
