Fill in Your September Calendar

Sometimes, when terrible things such as raging wildfires are happening all around us, all we can do is look ahead and hope for more favorable times. In that spirit, we are presenting some upcoming events in and around Placerville that will happen in September, including the El Dorado County Fair.

Because of the unsafe air quality, the Gold Hill Music Festival, originally scheduled to take place at Saureel Vineyards on September 4th, has been postponed. The following events are subject to change, as well.

El Dorado Hills Brewfest – September 11, 2021

The El Dorado Hills Brewfest is scheduled on the lawn at the Serrano Visitor Center in El Dorado Hills, located at 4525 Serrano Parkway. The event runs from  3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

More than 45 vendors will be serving up their wares at the Brewfest. Beverage offerings will include beer, cider, and wine. There will also be several local food vendors, live music, and other entertainment. The event organizers are the El Dorado Hills Chamber and Beers In Sac.

Ticket Information

You must be at least 21 years of age to buy a ticket. Discounted tickets are available for non-drinking designated drivers. Children under 12 can attend the event free but must be with an accompanying adult at all times.

This recurring free community event occurs every third Saturday on Main Street in Placerville and runs from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Artwalk is a fun family event that includes artist demonstrations, food and drink specials offered by area restaurants, and live music at the Belltower.
