If I’m Injured in an Accident, Why Do I Need an Injury Lawyer?
A personal injury lawyer will know the ins and outs of the legal system, which will give you a better chance of getting a fair settlement. They will also be familiar with the tactics insurance companies use to try and minimize payouts, so they can fight for you to get the full amount you are owed. Furthermore, a personal injury lawyer will have experience dealing with similar cases to yours.
This means that they will likely have a good understanding of how much your case is worth and what kind of compensation you should expect to receive. There’s no need to worry about paying upfront. Injury lawyers work for you on a contingency basis, which means you owe them nothing unless they’ve won your case.
Injury Lawyers Work on a Contingency Basis
Additionally, personal injury lawyers have investigators they can utilize to build a strong case on your behalf after your two-vehicle crash. Other ways to determine liability include accident reconstructionists and witnesses.
