How an Accident Attorney Proves Fault
Proving fault in a fatal two-vehicle collision involves several crucial steps that an accident attorney will undertake:
- Conducting a thorough investigation to collect all pertinent evidence, such as police reports, witness statements, and any available surveillance footage.
- Collaborating with accident reconstruction experts to recreate the accident scene and determine how the incident occurred. The attorney will also scrutinize the background and actions of the involved parties to identify any contributing negligence or recklessness.
