Stockton Tree Accident Injures Two at Delta College Flea Market

Two individuals were injured in a Stockton tree accident when a tree collapsed onto vendor tents during a flea market at San Joaquin Delta College. The incident occurred in the college’s parking lot on Pacific Avenue in Stockton on November 3. According to the Delta College Police Department, the tree fell around 10:15 a.m., injuring the two men who were conscious and responsive but reported pain. 

Cause of Stockton Tree Accident Sought

The injured men were subsequently taken to a hospital for further evaluation after the tree accident. The police completed an incident report, which will be forwarded to risk management. The National Weather Service recorded wind speeds of approximately 17 mph at the time of the accident, though the cause of the tree’s fall remains undetermined as authorities refrained from speculating.
