Carmichael Injury Accident on Madison Avenue
A Carmichael injury accident occurred along Madison Avenue on the afternoon of January 6 when two vehicles collided, and one left the scene before authorities arrived. The accident, reported as a hit and run by the California Highway Patrol (CHP), occurred shortly after 4:00 in the afternoon along eastbound Madison just east of Manzanita Avenue. The vehicles involved were described as a black Mercedes and a blue Smart car.

The Smart car and its occupants were left blocking the number one westbound lane on Madison Avenue, according to the CHP.
