Intersection Accident on Manzanita Avenue and Winding Way
An intersection accident in Carmichael recently caused minor injuries to at least one person. The accident was reported by the California Highway Patrol (CHP) as happening at Manzanita Avenue, where it intersects with Winding Way at around 2:15 in the afternoon and involved a Honda Accord and gray sedan. Upon arrival at the accident scene, first responders discovered one car facing in the wrong direction and the Accord had front-end damage described as moderate. Detectives assigned to the case are investigating to determine how the collision occurred and to assign fault.
