Minor Injured on Greenback Lane in Citrus Heights Crosswalk Crash
A minor was hospitalized on November 24 after suffering injuries in a Citrus Heights crosswalk crash. According to the Citrus Heights Police Department, the minor was crossing the street at about 9:00 p.m. at the Greenback Lane intersection with Auburn Boulevard when he was struck by a vehicle. Police said the light had not been activated for pedestrians to cross at the time.

The minor suffered major injuries as a result of the crash with a motor vehicle and was taken to a hospital for treatment. The area around the accident was shut down to traffic for around an hour as an investigation was conducted by Citrus Heights police.
