Crash Fatally Injures Delhi Man

What Happened?
A Delhi man was driving his 1998 Dodge Ram along Bradbury Road. For unknown reasons, the Dodge veered into the oncoming lane of travel. An approaching big rig was unable to avoid the Dodge in its path, resulting in a severe head-on collision. The impact caused the man to be pinned inside his vehicle.
Was Anybody Injured?
Emergency personnel were dispatched to the scene of the crash. When they arrived, they located the injured party of the Dodge Ram. They extricated the man inside the Dodge and transported him via air ambulance to the Doctors Medical Center in Modesto. Sadly, the man succumbed to his injuries during treatment. The Stanislaus County Coroner’s Office later identified the man as 53-year-old Russell Robinson from Delhi.
What Caused the Crash?
The cause of the crash has not yet been determined. Authorities usually take one to two weeks from the date of the accident to process a Traffic Collision Report.
