Folsom Personal Injury Lawyer

I’m Ed Smith, a Folsom personal injury lawyer. I have been protecting the financial future of personal injury and accident victims in California since 1982.

Choosing the right personal injury lawyer to protect your legal rights after a severe accident is not an easy feat. You – or your loved one – have been hurt, with hospital bills piling up, so hiring an attorney may be the last thing on your mind.

But what if the accident was not your fault? What if your injuries occurred due to the negligence of someone else? It is critical that you choose a Folsom personal injury attorney who is uniquely qualified to handle your case and who has a record of success.

I have been hugely successful in getting full compensation for victims and their families after a severe accident and finding justice after the death of a loved one. Why? Because I only handle personal injury cases, limiting the number of cases to give my clients the best possible service.

Whether you have been injured in a car accident, truck accident, elevator/escalator accident, or you’ve lost a loved one in an accident, feel free to reach out to me at 916.921.6400 or 800.404.5400. I have obtained over $1 million in damages for many of my clients, and I can do the same for you.
