Elk Grove FitFest
Date: Saturday, April 27, 2019
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Admission: Free
The Cosumnes Community Service District (CSD) and the city of Elk Grove are excited to be hosting FitFest, which is all about health, happiness, and fitness. Festival attendants will be able to explore all the health-based vendors, live stage entertainment, grab a bite to eat at any of the food vendors, and much more. There will be a kids zone that will feature a BMX Stunt Bike show, a climbing rock wall, an inflatable obstacle course, a bungee run, euro jumpers, and bounce houses! Grab a bag of popcorn and watch dynamic duels take place during the Elk Grove Gauntlet, or sit back at the Kids Warrior Challenge obstacle course and cheer on the little ones.

Tasting and Judging Beer Flavors
Date: Sunday, April 28, 2019

Admission: $20 tickets
Join Flatland Brewing Company with the owner and brewmaster Andrew, who will be walking participants through a guided taste sampling experience. Andrew will inform participants about the basic “off flavors” that can be found in beer. Six different beer flavors will be introduced during this 90-minute session, from tropical coconut to the common light stuck character that we’ve all tasted in a beer. Learn a thing or two about brews at this affordable and educational tasting event.

Come learn about the fine art of cooking in a comfortable and safe space at All City Homes. This pop-up cooking demonstration will primarily focus on authentic street food/Mercado food, in honor of the upcoming holiday Cinco de Mayo. Following the cooking demo will be an open Q&A session about any real estate questions that you may have – come prepared and with an empty stomach!
