More and More Fatal Pedestrian Crashes
This kind of tragic incident is happening all too frequently on our Northern California highways and surface streets. Each time we report on such a tragedy, we look at why these fatal pedestrian crashes are becoming more common. One reason is the increase in the number of people who do not have homes, live outside, and travel on foot. Another commonality in many pedestrian crashes is motorist impairment – drunk or drugged driving.
