Bicycle Accidents and Wrongful Death Claims
The consequences are endless when a collision occurs between a bicyclist and a motor vehicle. Bicyclists are susceptible to suffering severe injuries due to their lack of protection. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) indicated in a 2014 report that 726 cyclists lost their lives in motor vehicle crashes. Motorists must exercise due care while traveling near bicyclists, as they may enter the roadway for any reason. If a driver fails to do so, the aftermath can be life-changing. If you or a loved one has been injured in a bicycle accident, it is essential to contact an experienced personal injury attorney in Stockton to protect your rights and secure fair compensation for all resulting damages.
Loved One Forever Remembered
Serena Standley was a cherished member of her family. She is remembered by those who surrounded her for her kind and beautiful soul. A GoFundMe Account has been created by the loved ones of Standley to cover her funeral expenses.
