Loss of a Loved One to a Wrongful Death Motorcycle Accident
Any motor vehicle crash can result in significant harm, but motorcycle riders are generally at the highest risk of sustaining catastrophic injuries. Boots, helmet, and other gear can only provide a specific protection level in a crash, but a motorcyclist may still experience severe injuries. According to a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) study, bikers are 27 times more likely than drivers to suffer fatal injuries in traffic collisions.
