Crash Kills North Highlands Man
I’m Ed Smith, a North Highlands personal injury lawyer. An elderly man from North Highlands was involved in a car crash during the evening of Monday, May 15, 2017. Sadly, the collision caused the man to suffer fatal injuries.
Details of Incident
James Dunn, an 89-year-old North Highlands man, was traveling westbound along Palm Avenue in the vicinity of Roseville Road at about 6:00 pm. Dunn allegedly failed to stop at the intersection and was struck by an oncoming SUV that was driving along Roseville Road.
Dunn suffered major injuries and was transported to the hospital. Sadly, he passed away during his hospitalization.
Our deepest sympathies are with the family members of the elderly man who lost his life in this tragic crash.
