Davis DUI Accident Injures Two
I’m Ed Smith, a Davis car accident lawyer. Authorities reported that a drunk driving accident occurred in Davis on March 25, 2018. Unfortunately, the collision caused two individuals to suffer severe injuries.

Accident Details
Officer Lieutenant Paul Doroshov of the Davis Police Department reported that a traffic accident occurred at approximately 3:00 a.m. at the intersection of Villanova Drive and Caron Place. Lieutenant Doroshov told reporters that responding officers had discovered a Lexus that appeared to have veered off of the roadway and collided with a nearby tree. No other vehicles were believed to have been involved in this collision.
Reported Injuries
Two of the passengers in the Lexus were found by emergency personnel with serious injuries. The injured parties were transported to the UC Davis Medical Center to receive emergency medical attention. The nature of the injuries sustained have not yet been released by officials, although neither of the individuals were reported to be in life-threatening condition.
Police Arrest DUI Driver
The driver of the vehicle, who was identified as a 22-year-old Woodland man, was determined by authorities to have been driving under the influence (DUI). The man was arrested at the scene on charges of DUI causing bodily injury and was booked into the Yolo County Jail.
