Wrongful Death
Losing somebody important to you can be extremely difficult. Not only is the mourning process a serious and difficult one, but the absence of a lost spouse, partner, or family member can have far-reaching consequences.
This is why those who have lost loved ones due to the negligence of others are able to recover for many types of losses.
