A preliminary investigation by CHP traffic officers revealed that a 2015 Chrysler 200 was headed westbound on Highway 152. At the same time, a Honda Fit was traveling eastbound on SR-152. Why is it Important to Work with an Attorney on a Wrongful Death Case?

A lawyer may be a great source of support and guidance for surviving family members after the devastating loss of a close relative. The top reason is that insurance companies representing negligent parties often act quickly to dispute liability for crashes or downplay the value of cases to protect their bottom line. This may put survivors at a significant disadvantage, particularly when it comes to covering medical bills, funeral costs, lost support, and more.
