Sun + Moon: Tibetan Yoga

Come experience an authentic and ancient system based on synchronizing the mind and body with the internal rhythm of life. Attendants will practice transformative exercises to amplify somatic processes, in addition to expanding your physical sense of awareness and vitality. Yantra Yoga remains as one of the oldest yoga systems that is still practiced globally. This three-day workshop at the Dzogchen Community welcomes first-time yogis and advanced yogis.
Art & Act: Sea Change Opening Reception

The David Brower Center is excited to be hosting a brand new reduplication of their annual juried exhibition of art all by local Bay Area artists. This show will be presenting the work of five visionary artists, using their most recent portfolios. The theme of this exhibition is inspired by ocean conservation, with the artists using their talent to address these important issues. Sea Change explores the negative impacts we are seeing on oceans around the world, as well as the positive effects we hope to achieve moving forward.
Berkeley FemFest

The very first FemFest was celebrated last year in Arizona. The FemFest is all about encouraging and supporting a strong community of diverse women and queer-identifying individuals that are connected by the artistic, musical, and creative community that Berkeley was built on. International and local artists, bands, speakers, poets, and educators are coming together to collaborate at this incredibly artistic venue.
