Fresno Pedestrian Accident Fatally Injures Elderly Woman
An elderly woman was walking in Fresno during the night of January 2, 2018. Reports indicate an oncoming vehicle allegedly struck and killed the woman.

Accident Details
An elderly woman was crossing Fresno Street near White Avenue at about 6:30 pm. For unknown reasons, an unidentified vehicle hit the elderly woman. The driver remained at the scene and called emergency responders for assistance.
Nature of Injuries
Emergency personnel conducted a medical evaluation on the injured elderly woman upon arrival. Sadly, she had already passed away at the scene as a result of her traumatic injuries.
Identity of Victim
The Fresno County Coroner’s Office identified the victim of the pedestrian accident as 61-year-old Patricia Loza.
