Almond Blossom Festival
The Almond Blossom Festival is a city-wide event that holds a parade contest for local community members to join. The Almond Blossom Parade winners receive awards such as “best float”, “best band”, “most entertaining”, and “hometown spirit”. The event is held every last weekend in February. The event will be taking place from February 23rd to February 25th in 2017.
Mistlin Sports Park Community Yard Sale
Do you enjoy finding treasures at yard sales? Then come out to Ripon’s Mistlin Sports Park Community Yard Sale. The event takes place in the spring on the first Saturday in May. The event is held from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm in the southwest parking lot. Residents of Ripon pay $5 per space for yard sale use and non-residents pay $10 per space. Yard sale merchants are allowed a maximum of 3 spaces. More information about the event can be obtained by calling the Ripon Public Works at (209) 599-2151.
Ripon City Yard Sales
Do you love shopping at yard sales? Then drive out to Ripon to experience the city-wide yard sale event. The event takes place every second Saturday in October, which is October 8th, 2016 for this year. Main Street Day
The Main Street Day event is held every third Saturday in October. The event includes activities such as food, crafts, health fair and sidewalk sales. If you have any questions about the event and booths, please contact the Ripon Chamber of Commerce at (209) 599-7519.
Taste of Ripon
The Taste of Ripon is a local event that is held every first Thursday in the month of December. The event is from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Main Street. The cost of admission for each attendee is $35. All attendees will receive a wristband a wine glass. All merchants that will be attending the event will provide refreshments.
