Motorcyclist Injuries Caused by Negligent Drivers
A negligent driver may be liable for your injuries if they caused your motorcyclist injury accident. However, the California statute of limitations for personal injury claims is only two years. If you have suffered serious trauma from an accident, consult with a personal injury lawyer as soon as possible.
Collision Evidence Supports Your Injury Claim
Your motorcycle accident attorney uses investigators to determine fault and why the accident occurred. Damages may be proven to be caused by the negligent motorist if evidence is provided. Your lawyer can negotiate with the insurance company or responsible driver if you have medical expenses and other losses due to your motorcyclist injury accident. An accident attorney can protect your rights as you seek justice for your injuries.
