Traffic Accidents that Take the Lives of Loved Ones
Losing a loved one in a head-on collision near Rosemont is a terrible experience for the family, and no one expects it to happen to them. Losses caused by negligent drivers compound the grieving process for families. Unexpected costs and losses may also cause financial hardship.

Head-On Collisions Are Caused by a Variety of Factors
A number of factors can cause a head-on collision near Rosemont. Due to the fact that both vehicles’ speeds combine to produce the impact, they are considered to be one of the more serious types of crashes. As a result, head-on collisions often cause severe injuries or even death to the occupants of the two vehicles. Accidents of this type are caused by a variety of factors, including:
- Speed: Drivers exceeding the speed limit are less likely to control their vehicles and need more time to stop. It does not matter whether the crash occurs on a city street, rural highway, or road.
- Impairment: Drunk and drugged drivers cannot safely operate a vehicle at any speed. Their judgment is impaired, and their reflexes are diminished, as well as their eyesight. An impaired driver weaves in and out of the road and may even cross the centerline without being aware of it.
- Distractions: Driving while distracted is the leading cause of car accidents today. Drivers who are texting, talking on the phone, chatting with passengers or performing other activities are the most likely to cause an accident.
- Fatigue: Drivers and other road users are at risk of road fatigue, which can create a hidden danger for them. It is possible for a fatigued driver to crash without realizing they are too tired to drive and can suddenly fall asleep at the wheel.
