The hit-and-run collision occurred in the Farmington Road area and Highway 99 in Stockton.

The victim’s body was found on the roadway by someone walking in the area of Farmington Road at about 4:20 a.m.
Who Fatally Wounded Him?
Investigators have no idea who the possible suspect might have been.
Have There Been Other Pedestrian Hit and Run Accidents in Stockton?
In October 2015 there was a fatal hit and run accident. This one was extremely disturbing as a skate boarder was hit and killed in the area of S Walker Lane and Section Avenue in Stockton. The hit and run driver killed the victim and left the scene of the accident.
