Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a meditative practice that is appropriate for people of all fitness levels, with an emphasis on exercising the mind and body. It has been shown to improve concentration, reduce anxiety, alleviate stress, and much more. Come by Veteran’s Park and experience the firsthand benefits of Tai Chi.
Wednesday Night Trivia

The Harvest Park Bowl is taking trivia nights to the next level with this unique interactive game that will lift your mood and exercise your mind. Gather your most intelligent coworkers and friends to compete for the chance to win a $20 gift card. Whether you are competing for the prizes or pride, it is sure to be a fun evening.
Summer Wine Stroll & Tasting Tour
Date: Saturday, July 27, 2019
Time: 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Location: 225 Oak St, Brentwood, CA 94513
Admission: $30 tickets
This is the first ever Summer Wine Stroll, and it is being hosted in Downtown Brentwood. Stroll through the local businesses of downtown while sampling a variety of fine wines poured by the Contra Costa County Winegrowers Association. If you stop by on an empty stomach, don’t worry – this tour also includes tasty treats courtesy of local restaurants. If you fall in love with a particular wine you sampled, purchase it at the Wine Shop and take it home for your enjoyment. You must be 21 years or older to attend.
