Lincoln Community Events
Many Lincoln community events are happening now. With the sunshine looking like it is here to stay for the next while, this is a fantastic time to get out and enjoy the warm days with friends and family. Below, I have listed an event that the kids will enjoy and a fair for the entire family. Hope to see you out and about in Lincoln in May!
Pop-Up Playdate
On May 7th, the Foundation of Wildlife Heritage will host a pop-up playdate. This event will be free and a great time to enjoy the outdoors with the whole family.
The event will include a whole list of activities for all ages. With bouncy houses and yoga for the kids, both exhibits and presentations in a particular nature area, and even a workshop to build a planter that is entirely pollinator-friendly that you can take home, you will have plenty to do with the family. You will never be bored as many games, such as giant Jenga and a bean bag toss, are also available. Food and souvenirs can be purchased from food trucks and other vendors.
This is a special event and a great free activity to spend time as a family.
