Modesto County Fatal Crash Involved Five Vehicles
Preliminary investigations by CHP reveal that the tragedy began when the 26-year-old driver of a Honda sedan, traveling eastbound, inexplicably crossed the double yellow lines. This maneuver led to a sideswipe with a Honda SUV, colliding head-on with a Toyota sedan. Yet another driver applied their brakes to avoid the chaos, only to be rear-ended by a fifth vehicle.
