QiGong Class

NTouch Body Work & Healing Arts is excited to offer this free Qigong class that is open to people of all age groups and fitness levels! Qigong is an ancient practice that is rooted in the Chinese health care system. Qigong is a holistic system that combines mental focus, physical posture, meditation, and breathing techniques to promote vitality, health, and martial arts training. Chairs will be provided at this event, so all that you need to bring is an open mind and spirit.
Yoga Brunch

This yoga and brunch event will be held at the Churchkey patio with a complimentary buffet breakfast and bottomless mimosas to indulge in post-workout. This will be a challenging, fun, and dynamic power yoga class that integrates core engagement, body sculpting, and cardio exercises. Only 30 people will be able to reserve a spot for this class, so don’t wait on this great opportunity to reward your body and taste buds.
Bell Dancing Demo Class

Belly dancer Christina will host this one-hour demo class at the Agape’ Flow Studio, and attendants will watch a live demonstration of the intricate techniques and skills of belly dancing. Christina has more than three decades worth of experience in Turkish belly dancing. Everyone is invited to come out to this complimentary class to learn about the wonders and magic of body movement.

The current youthful generations will hold the future in the palms of their hands – why not teach them how to use this power wisely? The Stanislaus County Library founded this family-friendly event that is meant to empower our children. Preschoolers are encouraged to come experience this interactive program that will include singing, stories, and prizes. Teach your kids how they can contribute to keeping our earth green and our oceans clean.
