Seeking Justice and Financial Recovery in Fatal Motorcycle Crash Cases
Vehicle versus motorcycle collisions may cause a wide array of issues for injured motorcyclists and families of deceased bikers hoping to seek justice and financial recovery. The unfortunate reality is that bringing a claim for damages is not as straightforward as it should be. Motorcycle accidents are different than auto crashes in that the injuries in these cases tend to be more severe due to a biker’s lack of physical protection from being ejected off a bike or direct impact. At-fault parties and insurance companies often dispute these cases to avoid paying compensation to claimants.
