Rosemont Traffic Accident Causes Neck Injury
A traffic accident involving three vehicles along westbound U.S. 50 in Rosemont on January 31 caused injuries to at least one person. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) reported that the accident happened around 4:00 in the afternoon just east of Bradshaw Road. It involved a Dodge Caravan, a Toyota Camry, and a Dodge Charger. The operator of one of the vehicles, which was rear-ended, complained of neck pain following the traffic accident, and an ambulance was called to the site. The collision was further complicated when a Sacramento Fire Department truck crashed into the vehicle operated by the individual who called in to report the accident. The roadway was clear at about 5:15 p.m. The collision is under investigation by the CHP to find out how it occurred and to place fault.
