17th Annual Sac/Tahoe Charity Golf Tournament
Date: Thursday, September 27, 2018
Time: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Location: 1700 Freedom Way, Roseville, CA 95678
Admission: $75 tickets
This golf tournament will be hosted at the Topgolf in Roseville. The event benefits the Coldwell Banker Community Foundation, which will be donating in support of Placer County’s Boys and Girls Club, East Sacramento’s Kiwanis Club, and the Court Appointed Special Advocate of El Dorado Hills. Participants can come for the friendly competition and stay for the delicious food, drinks, and goodie bags that will be distributed to all event-goers. Additionally, those who attend the tournament can enjoy music, auctions, awards, and exciting prizes.
8th Annual Barktoberfest
Date: Saturday, September 29, 2018
Time: 9:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Location: 800 All America City Blvd, Roseville, CA 95678
Admission: $10 – $35 tickets
If you enjoy animals, food trucks, and brews, this event will be a dream come true! Barktoberfest is hosted by the Placer SPCA and will start off with a Doggie & Me yoga session. All humans and their leashed canine companions are welcome to join. Yoga will be followed up with a community festival, complete with food trucks, entertainment, a traditional beer garden, and tons of dog-friendly activities. All attendants and their furry friends are encouraged to dress up, as there will be awards for the best-dressed person and dog.
Romanian Festival
Date: Saturday, September 29, 2018
Time: 12:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Location: 190 Park Drive, Roseville, CA 95678
Admission: Free
Join us at Royer Park for the biggest Romanian event on the west coast! There will be homemade, authentic Romanian cuisine, live music and folk dancing, art displays, vendor booths, and more. The theme of this year’s Romanian festival will be dedicated to Romania’s Great Union Centennial. This year will mark 100 years since the unification of Transylvania, Bukovina, and Bessarabia with the Romanian kingdom established in 1918.
