Yoga Moves Us, and the Midtown Association are proud to be offering free one-hour yoga classes to clear your head at the end of a stressful week. Taking place at the north lawn of Fremont Park, rotating professional yoga teachers will be the guiding voice for attendants looking to practice their yogi breaths and movements. These classes welcome people with all various levels of experience – including none! Bringing your own yoga mat and water bottle is recommended. This will be the last free class offered at Fremont Park for a few months if not longer, so be there to decompress and reconnect with one another.

Watch YouTube Video: Yoga Moves Us New Segment. This video introduces some of the yoga moves and explains the benefits of yoga.
