Run4Hunger Family Festival

Everyone’s favorite 5K and 10K race is back for the 14th year at the Elk Grove Regional Park. This year also includes a family festival, which will consist of over 30 exhibitors, food vendors, group activities and games, live entertainment, and a raffle. Children from the ages 6 to 12 are encouraged to participate in the Youth Challenge Obstacle Course. Event proceeds will be benefiting the Elk Grove Food Bank Services. Stop by for a day of fun and challenging physical activity in support of your community.
Infant and Child CPR Training

CPR training guarantees you to be prepared in the event of a life-threatening emergency. This two-hour long instruction session will break down the step-by-step process of performing CPR on infants ages 0 – 1 years. Afterwards, instruction will be focused on assessing children ages 1 to 12 with CPR. Attendants will not receive any formal certification at this event, but you will walk away with the knowledge that could one day save the life of a child.
