Wise Villa Winery Private Tour

The Wise Villa Winery tour will be a fun and educational experience centered around the scientific craft of wine making. Anyone can transform into a highly educated wine consumer in just one hour, and this event will serve as proof. Attendees will discover how to know everything that is in a wine bottle by just looking at one part of the bottle. Attendees will also learn about many of the components of wine, such as acidity levels, fruit characteristics, light versus full-bodied, and more. There will be a test at the end, and it is likely that everyone will pass. Join us at this winery tour and learn useful information that you will be able to apply throughout the rest of your life.
Science Talk: What Would it Take to Put a Person on Mars?

The Lincoln Public Library is arguably the best information center in all of Lincoln. This library event will feature two very special guests, Steve Ainsworth and Tim Pinkney. Tim and Steve are NASA/Jet Propulsion Laboratory Solar System Ambassadors, and they will be coming to start an engaging discussion about the science that is involved in putting a human being on planet Mars. Whether being an astronaut is your dream job or not, this enlightening conversation will be one for the books.

Join the Lincoln Public Library for this fun, fast-paced activity that is perfect for children 0 to 4 years old and their parents. This half-hour event is jam-packed with events to support the development of your child, such as playing music, singing songs, nursery rhymes, story time, and practicing fun movements. This program can only take the first 100 participants, and pre-registration is not available. Make sure to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to obtain your tickets!
