Police Reports can be Wrong!
- Traffic Accident Reports prepared by police officers in pedestrian cases are often incorrect.
- Sometimes it is the driver of the vehicle who fails to see the pedestrian in the road.
- Maybe the driver of the car’s attention was not focused on the road.
- Perhaps he was distracted (or texting).
