Incorrect Police Reports
In these types of accidents, police reports are many times wrong. It is often times the driver of the automobile who is at fault for failing to see and recognize a pedestrian in the roadway. The driver in question may have actually been inattentive or distracted.
That is why it is so important to have an experienced pedestrian injury attorney reviewing all the facts pertaining to your accident. With the assistance of experts in accident reconstruction, true fault in this type of case may become better established.
