Look no further – this wholesome cooking demonstration will be using natural, plant-based ingredients to produce a healthy twist on classic Mexican dishes. Participants will learn the most effective yet simplistic cooking techniques used to make the following menu items: Mexican rice, refried beans, corn salsa, red salsa, jalapeno-queso sauce, and freshly made tortilla chips to go with all the dipping sauces. The event will conclude with a make-your-own burrito bowl buffet.

Valentine’s Day isn’t the only day a year where flowers matter, so come by the Ames Haus Studio on March 24, 2018 and dive into a workshop on floral design. Your ticket will reserve your spot in a 3.5-hour session that will consist of a hands-on lesson and demonstration provided by an experienced event designer, making your own statement piece with luxurious flowers, learning about proper containers and tools, and finally taking a photo of your finished product (which you can take home as a gift or as an art display). Ames Haus will also be providing everyone with a complimentary assortment of teas, scones, and jams.
